Darth Rabid, the Fierce - Sith Lord, most faithful of all Warriors, and deadly pilot.
The man known as Darth Rabid, has been with the Order from its creation. He, and Icion, built the clan from nothing, and raised it above all others. He has endured trial after trial, never flinching. His saber has become a beacon to which the hopeful gather.
Rabid was born to a lower-class family of aviators within the Hapes Consortium. His father was a squadron commander in the Hapan Navy, until he was killed during a extreme leftist attack, while Rabid was still very young. But his father's blood ran strong this his veins, and by age eight, Rabid was already a expert pilot within Hapes' many flight simulators. Rumors spread about a young boy, who was holo-vaping veteran pilots twice his age. It was because of this that he caught the attention of the monarchy of Hapes. A curious noble brought Rabid his home, as somewhat of a novelty, forcing him to leave his family. Still, his mother saw this as an improvement for her son, and let him go, keeping Rabid's younger brother and older sister with her.
Until this point, Rabid had never been to a medic in his life. But, as was custom for the nobility, he was taken by his new "father", for a routine check-up. What the medical droids found, changed Rabid's life. Until now, all had basically assumed that his piloting skill was merely genetic, even though he was twice as good as his father had ever been, and at such a young age. But while the medics performed a basic blood-scan, they turned up an incredibly high midi-chlorian count. So high, in fact, Hapan law required them to report such potential to the New Republic's Jedi Order. Rabid's new "father", however, found out before they could.
He was a zealotous member of an anti-Jedi movement on Hapes, one left over from the dark days of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion. Rather than turn Rabid over, he intended to murder the boy.
It was Rabid's strength in the Force that saved his life. A vision, the night after his exam, warned him of his father's plan to kill him the next day, while on a supposed trip to Corellia. Rabid awoke, and snuck out of the noble's home. However, upon reaching home, he found his mother and siblings already murdered, slain by the anti-Jedi movement assasins, and their corpses nailed to the hut he known as his only home. It was then, it is said, that Rabid fell to darkness, and has never looked back.
He snuck to the noble's personal shipyard, and managed to hot-wire the murderer's personal starfighter, a brand-new Iayaco Sys. GT-74 "Firehawk". Rabid powered up the ship's systems, and took off. Once airborne, he armed the weapon systems, and swung around. Deftly avoiding the auto-defense cannons, with the skill of a seasoned ace, Rabid assaulted and completely destroyed the noble's palace, as well as many neighboring homes. Not content to assume the noble's death, Rabid landed once more, and found the noble barely alive in the rubble of his once luxurious home. As Rabid stood over him, he was said to look up, an expression of incomprehension on his face, when his would-be "son", grabbed him by the throat and spoke only a few words.
"I didn't kill you, you killed yourself. Take with you into oblivion."
With that, the eight year old Darth Rabid tore out the noble's throat, and walked away, never looking back. He boarded his Firehawk, and fled Hapes. He reached Bilbringi a week later, and despite his low power-core and depleted life-support, made a random jump into the Unknown Regions.
As his power-core failed, he fell back into real space, and by the grace of the Force, into a habitable system. He crashed on a moon in the Ziost system. It was here that Rabid survived alone for a number of years, before a retreating Icion discovered him. Icion took Rabid as his first apprentice, and trained him in the ways of the Sith. Rabid was an apt pupil, and soon learned to control his emotions for better us in conjuring the fearful power of the dark side.
Years later, Rabid was still with Icion, a Sith Knight himself now, when Icion ventured to the Zone and founded the Order. Rabid's skills in battle had developed exponentially, and he had won himself an excellent talent for marksmenship. Upon foundation of the Order, it was Rabid who recruited Lone Wolf. Later, he would talk an apprentice, but his name was lost in the fall of the Order.
After the fall of the Order, Rabid abandoned the Zone, fleeing with Darth Icion and Apoc Quis-Huson aboard Icion's personal Assault Freighter, the "Ariana Rose".
Darth Rabid, the Fierce, returned to the Zone beside Icion. In the years since, he had taken another apprentice named Darth Ancalagon. Once more, the fury of Rabid forms the heart of the Order, and his anger stands ready to be loosed on any foolish or unfortunate enough to rouse it from's thin sleep.
